Women’s Handgun Course

This five hour course is designed for the woman who is thinking of purchasing a firearm or has recently done so.  This course includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Firearms Safety Rules
  • Victim Traps and How to Avoid Them
  • Responsibility of Firearms Ownership
  • Lecture and Demonstration of Various Handguns and Related Equipment
  • Demonstration of Handgun Capabilities and Limitations
  • Storage and transportation of Firearm

All students will practice firearms safety as it relates to women’s safety issues with emphasis on handling and operating firearms.  Students will be encouraged to participate in range exercises.  All equipment will be furnished by Shooter’s Choice.

Course Fee: $75.00 per person

NOTE:  It is required that the Basic Firearms Safety Course be taken before this course.
